The Calibrated Studless Chain is a high-strength, precision-manufactured chain designed without center studs, offering enhanced flexibility and reduced weight. Its calibrated dimensions ensure reliable performance in windlass systems, mooring setups, and general lifting or anchoring tasks. Made from durable steel and often hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance, this chain meets strict dimensional tolerances to ensure smooth operation in chain wheels and gypsies. Ideal for marine, offshore, and industrial environments where accurate fitment and easy handling are critical.

The calibrated studless chain is suitable for winches and can be connected to a swivel shackle, Neptunia type accessories a and b, or Unav 4808 and 4203 hooks.

We can supply calibrated studless chain in the following standard lengths: 50 meters, 100 meters, 110 meters, 127 meters, 137.5 meters, 150 meters, 165 meters.

Custom lengths are available upon request.
