6×91N Single-Layer Rope
Description
The 6×91N wire rope is a high-flexibility, single-layer steel wire rope consisting of 6 outer strands, each composed of approximately 91 individual wires, totaling around 546 wires. The "N" denotes a normal (non-modified) construction, using conventional Seale, Filler Wire, or Warrington-Seale strand patterns. This type of wire rope is optimized for applications requiring superior bending performance, such as high-speed elevators, drum hoists, and winches, where high wire count delivers exceptional fatigue resistance and smooth running over pulleys.
Feature of 6×91N Single-Layer Rope
- Enhanced Safety: The 6×91N rope offers high tensile strength and is built to withstand extreme forces, reducing the risk of rope failure during critical operations. This makes it an ideal choice for lifting and rigging in hazardous environments.
- Longer Service Life: Thanks to its corrosion-resistant coatings and robust construction, the 6×91N rope lasts longer than other ropes under similar conditions, reducing the frequency of replacements and maintenance costs.
- Customization: The rope is customizable to meet specific needs, such as different lengths, diameters, and core options, ensuring that it’s tailored for your specific lifting, towing, or rigging requirements.
- Optimal Flexibility: The fiber core (FC) option enhances the rope’s ability to bend and flex around pulleys and winches, while the IWRC option provides greater resistance to crushing for heavy-duty applications.
- Cost-Efficiency: By combining durability with the ability to handle high-load capacities, the 6×91N rope reduces the risk of downtime and increases overall operational efficiency, providing a cost-effective solution for industrial applications.
